Today I’m trying this recipe, from the A Bread A Day site:
Gluten-Free Blueberry Almond Muffins
Makes 10 muffins
1 1/2 cups almond flour**
1/4 cup corn flour
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Ingredients to feed one starving mamma and three hungry kids:
8 oz kefir
3 large spoonfuls organic coconut oil
3 scoops Greens & Whey Chocolate Protein Powder by Biochem
A couple of slurps of coconut milk

1 cup quinoa
2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
